HOW IT WORKS


 
STEP 1

By entering our website and reading this page you have already completed part of the first step. The next part is simple you may either click the button to the left "SET APPOINTMENT" or you may give us a call at 423-451-7282 to set an appointment.

The best place for us to meet with you is usually at your home so that we can review and measure your project area. We can also meet at any place convenient for you. (coffee shop, restaurant...)

If you are not able to meet with us in person we can also review your project and work with you through e-mail, fax and phone.


 
STEP 2

The next step is to gather up all of your drawings, sketches, pictures, survey and previous estimates prior to our appointment or to send to us.

If we are meeting with you in person at your home we will review and measure your property and collect any information that we may need to design your project for a bid. We will answer any questions that you may have about your project as well as offer our suggestions. At our meeting we will show you previous projects or sample projects to help you with your design. We will discuss designs, problems we may see with your project, how to get more for your money, your time frame for completion, your budget and the issues most important to you about your project.


 
STEP 3

Next you need to decide if you want to hire us or go it on your own. If you decide to hire us there is a one time service fee of $200 plus $25 for any additional categories you select. After this fee there are no other charges or fees due by you. Our services are available to you for 1 year of service and you may use our services as many times as you like throughout the year for your selected categories. If you would like to use our services for a category that you have not already paid for the fee due would only be the $25 for that category. Installment payments are also available. We can accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, check and Paypal.


 
STEP 4

If you have decided not to hire us you may keep any information that we may have given you as well as your complimentary gift and we wish you the best of luck. We will keep your information on file for 90 days and after that time you would need to re-submit.
If you have decided to hire us then we will collect the payment or installment from you providing you with an invoice with your selected categories and our service expiration date.
We will then take your information back to our office and begin to design your project and research available companies that meet your needs.


 
STEP 5

Once we have designed your project we will send you a copy for approval by your designated delivery option. (e-mail, fax or in person)
Once we have approval by you of your design, features and options we will then move to the next step.


 
STEP 6

Now that we have an approved project plan we will go to work to get estimates for that project from a minimum of 3 companies. We will do everything possible to get you the best pricing, specials and discounts. All of the companies that we provide to you will meet all of your project plans and budget.(maybe even less than your budget)
We will supply you with a report on each of the 3 companies that we have selected. The report will include how long the company has been in business, the BBB report, average completion time of that companies projects, past customer experiences, special offers, deadlines to accept the offer, types of payments that they accept, financing they may offer, project installments and the estimate. (Allow 1-3 days for normal projects and up to 7 days for larger projects)


 
STEP 7

Once you have reviewed the 3 companies it will be up to you to decide which company will get the job.
Once you have made your selection you may take it from there and set up directly with the company to contract or contact us by phone or e-mail and we will set up the appointment for you.


 
STEP 8

Thats It!!
We do ask that you keep in touch with us about your project so that we can keep our data base up to date and eliminate those that may not meet our original expectations.
